Courtney 'Mouth' Gell - Young Player of the Year

After a number of changes to the team throughout 2010, a re-organised team structure and coordinated play resulted in the Renegade Rebels being recognised with a joint award for UK Scenario Breakthrough Team of the Year, alongside the Dog Soldiers.

In addition to this we also had the great fortune to see Courtney 'Mouth' Gell, just 13 years old, take the Young Player of the Year award!

With 7 Members in attendance, plus 4 partners, this was a magnificent achievement for the team. Knowing that we'd been nominated in these categories was already enough; to actually win 2 awards was fantastic.

After a 3 course meal and magnificent awards ceremony, the Rebels then proceeded to have a few social drinks in the bar, some until almost dawn of the following day! Well, it would be rude not to wouldn't it? ;-)

You can bet your bottom dollar you'll see an even larger Rebels attendance at the 2011 awards, where we'll be hoping to have made an impression on the 2011 calendar of events.
